For the attention of Mr. C. Pritchett

Dear Sirs,

I wish to thank you most cordially for the enjoyable visit to your works last Wednesday and trust to have the pleasure of shewing you round our Works at some later date when you are this way.

With regard to the high rate discharge test comparisons between the new Exide and P & R batteries which we promised to let you have, we now attach curves shewing the fall of voltage with time.

It will be noted that the Exide curve is higher than yours but it should be taken into account that the voltage figures in the case of the Exide were simply an addition of readings taken across each cell whereas your voltage figures were taken straight across the 6 volt unit thus including what slight drop there might be in the cell connectors etc.

We should be glad to have your remarks therefore.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
