Dear Sir, With regard to my visit last Friday. Our Order Office have now given you an order for 6 car sets of the parts in question, i.e. - 12 off F.60398. 12 off F.60399. 6 off F.60351. 6 off F.60352. 12 off F.60364. 12 off F.60354. F.60398/9 - You required steel inserts for these. You have steel inserts for two off each and have promised to despatch these complete rubbers for my attention by Thursday night. The remaining inserts for this order are being made by us. F.60351/2 - You have a mould for F.60351. The mould for F.60352 is being made by us, and will be despatched to you at the end of this week. F.60364 - You have a mould for this making the outside diameter of the rubber 1.775 dia. Our new drawing calls for 1.625 dia. Will you please supply this order of 12 rubbers to the existing mould (with a 1.775" dia.) At the moment we call for a durometer hardness of 40. This we think is too soft, so will you please make these rubbers in three different hardnesses. 4 off durometer 40-45., 4 off durometer 50-55., 4 off durometer 60-65.
