X4430 5.12.23. X.4430 X.4596. X.4383. TEMPERATURE SENTINELS. A 73° condenser sentinel has melted once on 4GII. 82°C coil sentinels have melted, once on 3GII, 4GII and 6GII, and twice on 7GII, and have been replaced by 87° sentinels. 87°C coil sentinels - two melted on 3GII. 87°C dynamo sentinels have not melted on any chassis. Thus it appears that (1) The max. condenser temp. is about 70°C (2) " " coil " " " 87°C (3) " " dynamo " " " 85°C. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
