To Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} From RHC. {R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} c. to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Steadman - 1280 It is difficult to believe that all the Exp. matrices received were O.K. CHASSIS RADIATOR MATRICES. We have recently found it necessary to reject 131 out of a total of 143 Matrices supplied for 25/30 owing to water-ways being partially blocked. Consequently we arranged for Messrs. Goodall and Bowers to visit Marstons to go into the whole question of inspection and manufacture. Attached is a copy of their report. Attached: Copy of RHC {R. H.
