On arrival at Cricklewood I found the new front road springs already half fitted. These were finished off O.K. & the car tested on a previously used section of the Welwyn Bypass road. It was raining at the time & the road was in good condition except for two short patches. No high speed wobble was obtained but between 70 & 80 M.P.H. bad joggle was experienced when passing over the short patches previously mentioned. This would build into a wobble under worse conditions of road surface. The conditions of the car so far ascertained are as follows:-
