x206 To Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/KW.28.1.35. Replying to Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}27/M.25.1.35. Here is a sketch of the water excluder as we fitted it. It will probably be less unsightly when finally designed. At the moment we are not proposing to fit this excluder to the rear because wet jaggers on the rear are unknown. However, we are going into the question to see whether they are really required. With regard to the painting of the excluders, this is really a matter for Sales to decide. On our Panhard type front wings we cannot see the drum at all unless we bend down.
