W/P - Sr. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}17/KW.6.2.35. Personal Dear Sr., A friend of mine, Mrs. Taylor, is going to Paris on the 9th of this month to stay with her people. Her father is Mr. A.W. Raymond, 70, Rue Possiere, Paris. She says that her father would very much like to try a Bentley. I believe he is quite a car enthusiast, though I suspect the possibility of his buying anything costing as much as this is somewhat remote. Anyhow, I should be very glad if you could fix up a run for him some time between February 9th and 25th. If you get in touch with Mrs. Taylor, she will fix up with you. With regard to the dropped front cross members for the bumper bars. The production of these seems to have gone astray a bit as they have been altered due to the appearance of the front apron being unsatisfactory with the original design. This being so, you had better fit the bumper bar without the cross member to B-1-CW. Yours sincerely, | ||
