We wish to test a 70 mm Harrison Vee bonded matrix radiator on a Phantom II car, as the last 10,000 miles test in France has shown that the engine is over-cooled with an 84 mm matrix of this make. - will you therefore please detail the necessary alterations to top and bottom tanks etc., so that we can carry out this test.

We can save about 40 lbs. on this rad. and get stronger water way walls.
Please urge.
