Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letters of 13th inst. and the blue prints attached.

In connection with the cams with American pattern bores we think it would be advisable for you to send us prints showing the dimensions to which we should machine our tube, and the arrangement of the cam on the tube, so that we put the tube into the cam from the correct end.

It is quite certain that, in due course, we shall require further supplies of your cam M.22517 so there is no fear that your present stock will be scrap.
