Clan Foundry, Personnel - Private Cars.

In accordance with instructions issued by the Petroleum officer the issue of petrol coupons to persons using private cars on company's business has been discontinued, they are now supplied direct by the D.P.O. to the persons concerned. We have made a request to the Petroleum Board for an allowance of petrol for this purpose to be included in our pool and should our request be granted, we shall continue as in the past and a record will be submitted to you weekly.
