I think that selecting the right stretch of Autobahn the Paulin B. with the Le Mans engine would come v.{VIENNA} close to 120 mph

Suggestions for giving the B. some publicity. We believe that if it were decided to undertake a 24 hr. run at Montlhery the best car to use would be the Paulin Bentley. We believe that Sr. Sedgwick (he was the Paris rep) could persuade the owner to loan us this car without difficulty. We should immediately put in hand another 48 gall. petrol tank & in the meantime send the vac. cylinder head & carbs over to Paris & establish the fact that the car could, with the inc. power, lap at the reqd speed. The rec. mod. to the drive ratio could be obtained by fitting an o'drive gearbox. Presenting the owner with this might compensate him for the loan of the car. We suggest Eyston be asked to organise the attempt.
