| - 2 - CONCLUSIONS. The wear experienced with internally chromium plated liners shows no improvement over the standard S/HC material. Some difficulty is experienced in obtaining satisfactory adhesion and partial seizure has occurred while running. As a result of the investigation, tests on internally chromium plated liners have been discontinued for the present.
