E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X 5324 BY/Cgh.{W Clough}17/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 25.9.35. 20/25 HP. CHASSIS - EXHAUST VALVES. With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}16/KW.17.9.35. if you will issue standardisation sheets, and providing Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} agrees, we will arrange for the K.E.965 material to be put on order for making the exhaust valves for the 20/25 HP. chassis, and in the meantime we are ascertaining what stock we have of finished machined exhaust valves made in Silichrome in order that a decision may be made as to whether they should be scrapped when the new valves are available. The exhaust valve forgings can, of course, be used to make inlet valves, and we shall arrange accordingly. BY/Cgh.{W Clough} | ||
