Derby will want to know your opinion as to the suitability of the new radiator, dash-board and bonnet as fitted to Chassis 4-EX which you inspected at Barkers' today. Barkers' opinion is that the modification, namely, raising all the parts one inch above the present standard, will be a slight improvement but will not give them all they want. (Sgd) R.D.S. Pencil Note. Sp{Mr Spinney}:- I am decidedly in favour of 2" if possible which will mean 1" more than 4-EX chassis. I think 2" should be the minimum. Please inform Derby this is Barkers opinion also.
