Re length of brake hand lever.

Will you kindly get out two schemes of brake hand lever and gear in which -

1. The hand lever is 2" shorter than our present standard and the complete brake leverage is 33 1/3 % higher than the old standard.

2. The brake hand lever to be 4" shorter than standard with a similar correction for leverage as in (1).

This matter was decided in consultation with the members of the Committee
