Please note that we have received a request from this Firm that the matter be settled forthwith, and they ask for our cheque to settle the account. We believe that it was decided that we should retain one set of the Shock Absorbers, and return the two pairs. The invoice which we have covers ~~two~~ three pairs at £6/6/- each, and one pair of brackets. In view of the letters which we are receiving from these people, we shall be glad if you will send into Despatch Stores the two pairs of Shock Absorbers unless we are going to retain all three pairs, in which event will you kindly send through your requisition.
