Phantom III Air Silencer.

We have now tested the designed air silencer to LeC4880 on 32-EX car and find that it is only approx. 50% effective due to its small capacity. We havemade up another air silencer of much larger capacity, which gives us 100% silence, and have handed same to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} for a design. This should be the silencer to go into production.
