STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS. Description of Parts: BRACKET FOR REAR SILENCER. Origin: To reduce weight and cost. Experimental Test Report: The bracket for rear silencer is made in sheet metal in place of a forging. This type of bracket is essential for the new cutout operation on a short chassis.
