| 4224 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.4/KW.11.4.35. Bentley Fan Failure Tests. In connection with the above tests, we wish to separate any failures which we can produce into blade or flange failures and bracket failures. Since the effect of the out of balance force when a blade breaks is often sufficient to break the bracket, we should like you to make a solid fan bracket for us in aluminium bronze; i.e., to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1903, as soon as possible. Will you please fit this to the fan which you are building up for our tests. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. | ||
