re ACCESSIBILITY.
Phantom III Condenser.
-------------------

At present it takes over half an
hour to change a Phantom III condenser because
it is necessary to remove the rocker arm and the
bolt which secures the low tension contact strip
on the condenser to the L.T. contact pillar.

It is extremely difficult to replace
this bolt and the insulating washers after
removing the condenser.

If the hole on the contact strip on
the condenser were slotted, the condenser could
be changed in a few minutes.
