PAYMENT OF STAFF FOR OVERTIME. Please note that the following arrangements have been made with regard to your staff. Existing Arrangement of overtime only in the shop. Staff receive their normal rate of pay for their normal week. Overtime in the shop will be paid for at the shop floor rate of the grade of work they are doing. Staff should put a suffix 'W' against this overtime on the clock card. Potential future arrangement of staff working full time in the shop. Payment at the shop floor rate for the work they are doing. The weekly wage for the minimum rate of 33/- for a 73 hour week (we are working less) will amount to £7. 8. 3. on a 75% bonus. If, due to proficiency, the rate is increased to 39/- the weekly payment will be £8. 6. 7. for a 73-hour week.
