Chassis Frame & Crossmembers excluding front suspension parts. 218 lbs. 222.5 lbs. plus 4.5 lbs Front suspension parts - excluding brake gear hubs or wheels. 171 lbs 237.5 lbs. plus 66.5 lbs. Steering column and box. (based on Peregrine box saving which was 12 lbs) - 10 lbs. Gearbox. (This is 15 lbs saving on gearbox less 5 lbs for rear extension) - 10 lbs. Propeller Shaft - 3 lbs. Petrol Tank (light gauge 18 gallon tank strip mounted with modified shape. should be O.K. for drumming) - 5 lbs. Hubs and road wheels (We consider this a modified estimate) - 10 lbs. Brakes, operating gear & brake drums (saving due to alum drums, Girling equalisers, and one pair of rear brake shoes) - 15 lbs Hydraulic Jacks. NO CHANGE. Engine mods, simplified suspension etc. - 8 lbs. Ante roll rod (on the assumption that 25/30 is equipped with front roll rod as designed). - 6 lbs. Rear axle - banjo type. - 10 lbs. Radiator. plus 10 lbs. Body brackets. plus 5 lbs. | ||
