Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 23rd inst. ref. S.1 and note that you are asking for the Boyce clock referred to in our letter Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.1/AD. of the 2nd inst.

We regret that we have not yet been able to remove this clock from the car and anticipate that it will be some time for such an opportunity arises. However, we will arrange to return the clock to you as soon as such occasion does arise.
