was at the bottom of the long sliding rod, and although we should expect a similar vibration from this lever it would be modulated by the longitudinal elasticity of the sliding rod.

We should be glad if you would make tests with N. Sch. 3819 at the earliest possible moment as we are urgently in need of a gear lever on both the Bentley and the 20/25, which is free from any objectionable rattles and noise.
