For the attention of Mr.B.Cooper.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the Bentley needle seatings. We find the .100" diameter seatings satisfactory in conjunction with the dual high pressure pumps.

We also find it necessary to increase the float chamber top vent pipes to .187" diameter bore .250" O.D. in order to avoid partial flooding. We are therefore recommending these details for production chassis when fitted with H.P. pumps.

The writer was unaware of your standard sizes in seatings and wishes to thank you for your kind assistance in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
