Further to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}18/KW.30.4.37, it has now been decided that employees who are unable to continue their employment through sickness shall be dealt with as follows :- If employed for - Shall be considered to be employed during sickness for - Not exceeding 1 year - Not employed. 1 year and not exceeding 2 years - 3 months 2 years " " " 5 years - 6 months 5 years " " " 10 years - 12 months 10 years " " " 20 years - 2 years over 20 years - 3 years } From date of commencement of sickness.
