You will remember some time ago it was suggested that Mr.Brock should be provided with a volt-meter for his Test Bench, but up to the present time nothing has been done in this matter, therefore as Mr.Brock has again raised the issue, we should be glad if you would let us know what kind of instrument we should obtain.
