Attention Mr. N. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Chandler.

Dear Sirs,

We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 4th inst and note your criticism in regard to the Castellated Nuts, Eyebolt Drilling, and the difficulty of fitting the Split Pins. We feel that the best thing to do is for us to insert Split Pins in all cases, but these will not be definitely locked into position, and will of course be subject to re-adjustment at your Works in accordance with the present arrangement; this we feel should definitely remove your criticism and we trust will be acceptable.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.
