As requested by your Mr. Royce we have pleasure in sending you a few yards of our 7 m/m.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} "Maconite" high tension flex. upon which we understand you will carry out some experiments. The characteristic features of our special insulation "Maconite" can be briefly summed up as follows :- 1. High dielectric strength, equal to the best quality rubber, being in the region of 20,000 volts per millimetre. 2. Non-hygroscopic nature. "Maconite" cables may be immersed in water for long periods without the least absorption taking place. - continued - ENCLOSURE No 637 'JUSTSO' ENCLOSURE No 213 'JUSTSO' Handwritten note: 19/1/26 | ||
