DC-42 CARBURETTER We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 22nd inst., and note your remarks. The reamering of the choke spindle bearings to .253" diameter is being done at once. As regards your comment on the plating of the choke spindle, if you will examine this you will find that we plate the stop arm after it is assembled on the spindle, and it occurs to us that you would be satisfied if we were to plate the stop arm before assembly, in which case the ends of the spindle would not be plated at all. If this procedure is acceptable to you, we shall be pleased to introduce the modification as soon as the present stock of spindles is used up.
