Cylinder Corrosion Tests.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 17th May, I have now completed the 360 hour tests on the sample rings of cylinder material. Some slight delay had been caused owing to the necessity of carrying out repeat tests in certain cases.

A report on the results obtained is in course of preparation and will be forwarded to you as soon after the Whitsun holidays as possible.

When you have had an opportunity of considering this report, I should welcome a visit from your representative as suggested in your letter of 21/2/39 to discuss the problem.

Yours faithfully,
