Referring to my Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}8/KW2.12.30, I attch hereto copies of letters received from HK{Col. T. Harker - Sales} and M.Schmidt on the subject of the speed of this car.

There are one or two criticisms in these letters, particularly in regard to the Hartford shock absorbers, which will no doubt interest you.
