Immediately upon receipt of this information we will give the matter careful attention. Regarding the new sample panel to which the writer referred during his visit. On pursuing this matter we find it is not safe to promise delivery until approximately a week from date owing to the fact that we are unable to obtain shells from Messrs. Lucas. We have duly notified Mr.Buckland of your complaint regarding trip failure on the new lightened type instrument and he is most carefully pursuing this matter. Assuring you of our best attention.
