Re: EXPERIMENTAL BODIES.

I confirm my telegram to you of this morning as follows:-

"HIVES CONFIRMS SUBFRAME WILL BE DISPATCHED BY TWENTIETH STOP FRAME FOR 19EX DISPATCHED TODAY"

Being unable to get into touch with Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, I telephoned Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} at W., with the following results:-

(1) I was informed that the subframe for 19-EX was dispatched early this morning to Hoopers.

(2) I was assured that a further subframe will be completed in time for it to reach Hoopers by the 20th inst.

(3) I was assured that three further subframes will be completed in time to be in London on the 7th December.

I have accordingly told Hoopers that we definitely accept their offer of the Enclosed Limousine Body, Print No.BF3909A, which I sent you last evening.

I have also advised Hoopers of the dispatch of the subframe for 19-EX and told them the body must be ready for dispatch to Derby on the 22nd December without fail.

I am sending a copy of this memo to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} as confirmation of the arrangement concerning subframes made with him on the telephone this morning.
