To Rolls Royce Ltd. Works.........Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} Levallois Sr/VA7/GM.9.IO.35 re: Chassis GAE.26 Marquis de Bourg de Bozas ------------------------------------------ Owing to this owner having made a complaint that the springing was uncomfortable, we have fitted a set of low rating springs. Will you please let us know what you consider to be the best initial shock damper loads to give the most comfortable riding. The owner is an elderly gentleman and wants a very soft suspension. We found the information given in your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.30/KW. I.IO.35 to be most useful (Continental Phantom II shock dampers), and many thanks for same. VA. [Signature] | ||
