Owing to this owner having made a
complaint that the springing was uncomfortable, we have
fitted a set of low rating springs.

Will you please let us know what you
consider to be the best initial shock damper loads to give
the most comfortable riding. The owner is an elderly
gentleman and wants a very soft suspension.

We found the information given in
your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.30/KW. I.IO.35 to be most useful
(Continental Phantom II shock dampers), and many thanks
for same.
