We are in receipt of your letter of the 1st inst. reference as above, with regard to Zenith Petrol Filters F.55185, and are sorry to hear that some of these have stirrups that are not concentric with the glass. This matter will therefore be taken up carefully with the Works and Inspection Dept. and we guarantee in future that this defect will be remedied without fail. There will be no difficulty about this, and we can only ask you to accept our apologies for having overlooked this matter in the past.
