| X322 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.17/KW. 10th October, 1935. The British Tyre & Rubber Co.Ltd., Leyland, Lancs. For the attention of Mr. Sherwin. Dear Sirs, We have despatched to-day by passenger train 6. Rubbers F.86914 and 3 Rubbers G.82625. We require the rubber to be replaced by some having a durometer hardness of 45-50. The brass outer casing of the rubber F.86914 has in some cases been damaged at the bottom during moulding. Will you please arrange for these to be made flat before the new rubber is moulded. The last rubbers you rushed through for us were so successful that we are wanting these further ones equally urgently. We should be very grateful therefore if you could reduce the delay at your end to a minimum. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
