We have to-day received a memorandum from our Birmingham Office replying to various queries which we found it necessary to raise and the matter is now being dealt with as promptly as possible and we regret the delay which has arisen through our having to refer back the various points to our Branch Office which has prevented our completing our proposals earlier, having in view that we understand you are now urgently awaiting our tender.

We hope to be in a position to post you our proposals about the middle of next week. Our offices are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Yours faithfully,

J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} & E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} HALL, LTD.
