PIVOT PINS. With further reference to your memo. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}14/R.1.35 and my memo. Sft.{Mr Swift}2/MW.9.1.35. I am of the opinion that it is within the capacity of Lillie Hall and Kingsbury to undertake the changeover in question, but I would suggest, for your consideration, it would be advisable to send a man (men) to London for a short time to initiate both depots into the best methods of tackling the job.

As regards chassis in the Provinces and Abroad we will furnish Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} with an essay which will enable the changeover to be carried out without much difficulty.

In conclusion may I suggest that this changeover is organised and controlled by this department on similar lines to the others already dealt with on the Bentley chassis, namely Wheels, Terminal Nuts & Washers for Sparking Plugs, Carburetter Drain Pipes etc., Front Axles, and S.U. Petrol Pumps.
