B.III STEERING SPECIFICATION.

We give below a list of the features which will either be fitted to B.B.V. before the 10,000 mile test or will follow the car out to France.

We suggest that these should be included in the LOP's now being completed.

(1) Improved steering geometry levers to PD.199/200/1/5 with side steering levers as shown on PD.199.

(2) 1/4° Castor angle.

(3) Side and cross steering tubes as specified in our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}5/MH.{M. Huckerby}20.9.38.

(4) Pendulum lever FB.4113.

(5) Steering cam to Adamant No.22313 to give lower geared steering.

(6) Roller follower F.89511 to suit above cam.

(7) Rocking shaft F.89782 to suit above cam and roller.
