Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} c. Ex. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} c. Ba. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}1/KT.4.7.33. Re. - Conical Filter in Autovacs. In consequence of repeated complaints of the small conical filter in the Autovac becoming quickly choked up as a result of deleting the petrol filters from the main tank, we have run 18.G.IV. in France for 17,000 miles without an Autovac filter. No trouble of any sort was experienced. As a result of this we propose in the future to remove the small Autovac filter entirely, on 20/25 HP. and Phantom II cars. A standardisation sheet to this effect will be circulated. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} | ||
