X 2/3 993 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}9/KT.27.10.33. BENTLEY - JACK PADS ON REAR SPRINGS. Will you please make up four sets of jack pads to N.Sch.3823 to be fitted to all cars. This job is urgent as the pad is being produced for the next batch of production cars, and we have not yet had an opportunity of testing it. One pair was made and sent out to Chateauroux for 1.B.IV. but was never fitted because of the piston failure on the car. The pads were returned and are now in our stores together with some exhaust parts which were sent off at the same time. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} | ||
