Phantom II. Brake Drums.

With reference to Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/Sd.11/HR.18.10.37. we think the internal diameter after skimming should not exceed 16.050" i.e. .025" cut. Part of the drum is only .200" thick.

We also skim Ph.III. drums to the same dimension.
