Test of Coach-Work by Coach-Builders in France.
Your Ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}19/KW.7.6.35.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} wishes us to acknowledge receipt of your memo.

We shall be glad to know in due course when 5-B-1V will arrive in London, so that arrangements can be made for Park Ward to try it.

Arrangements have already been made to bring back to London the Paris Trials Car, and on its arrival here it will be inspected by the C.S.C. in company with Mr. Ward before it goes back to Park Ward.

The question of replacing the damaged aluminium panels with steel panels will be discussed with Park Ward on the arrival of the car.

Finally, we intend to endeavour to arrange for Mr. Ward to go to Paris when the Trials Car returns there and to try the Van Vooren bodied car. We are interested in this latter car and it is hoped that we shall eventually be able to get it to London for trial and inspection.
