1020 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/R.1.4.38. We understand from Morris Motors that they are successfully using Zinc Die Cast Camshaft Bearings which are about half the price of babbit or bronze-lined bearings. They state that these bearings are completely satisfactory. They are manufactured by (amongst other people) Birmals and also Wolverhampton Die Casting Co. We should like to arrange to try some of these. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
