RR 236 (100 BKS) (SHST.29-8-20.) MP 224355 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. 19 To Customer's No. 4. Order No. The temperatures found in test 3 of the "Routine Procedure" were 16°-65°-81° for the 4s position and 16°-53°-71° for the 10s position. This test was not made on F9V machine but the cutting in speed was similar to that of 1143 and 1337 machines, namely 720 rpm and with a peak output of 10.5 amperes it was observed that it did not tend to rise more than 55°-60° whilst operating on schedule voltage. Curves of machine 1337 output are attached. As regards silence, the 28 slot machines (except the straight-slot mentioned) have been satisfactory on the bench and some tried on chassis by the Test Dept & experimental machines. (contd) Signed This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
