Dear Sirs, Our representative who visited your Works yesterday, has reported to us this morning and we have made a cursory examination of the samples he brought back with him. The consideration of the whole matter seems to us now to have assumed great importance and there are certain fundamental points where the unalterable characteristics of certain materials must be taken into consideration. The writer feels convinced both from the information obtained from our good selves and at the meeting of the Society of British Aircraft Constructors Ltd., that the right step to take at the moment is to discuss the matter here at these Works where we shall have at disposal the technical information necessary for dealing with our particular section. I am returning herewith, the pamphlet on the Breeze Harness, as promised. I shall be in London on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, but Monday, Thursday and Friday are open. Handwritten note: Can you come? Yours faithfully, British Insulated Cables Limited. [Signature] Ernest C. Bowles Works Manager- Helsby. Enclosure. [Stamp: NATIONAL SCHEME FOR DISABLED MEN] | ||
