Dear Sirs, We are returning to you a thermometer fitted with an electrical warning contact which has failed on test. We feel that the construction of this part of the instrument is not sufficiently robust. We should be obliged if you could alter the design slightly to reduce the chance of failure. If you could let us have a sketch of the present form and the proposed modification, it would save us pulling the instrument to pieces. Yours faithfully, | ||
