For the attention of Mr. Dorer.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning to you under separate cover, one thermometer and oil gauge unit, D.75625, which has been removed from a customer's car as defective, the oil gauge needle sticking badly.

Will you please let us have a detailed report as to the reason for this defect.

After examination, the unit should be rectified and returned to us for Repair stock.
