Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} Mr.A.NAUDIN PARIS OFFICE Dear Naudin, We recently had a letter from Rolls-Royce that they were experiencing difficulty with LB.8 plugs in their cars and Mr. Irving called upon them to investigate this complaint. I am enclosing a copy of his report, and you will note he advises the report originated in France on Rolls Bentley engines. I shall be glad if you will let me know if you have had any troubles in this connection, and if so what steps were taken to overcome same. If not, I would suggest you contact with the Rolls-Royce Company in France. You will note that Mr.Irving has left 12 Type L.10 plugs for test and we will keep you advised of developments on this point. I shall await your comments with interest. Yours very truly, Sgd.R.A.LIDY | ||
